My life has changed with TPN feeding

We have no family in the city and just a few friends that we socialize with and they all know my life has changed with TPN feeding. That’s not to say that they understand it.

I can’t eat much of anything anymore so politely declining dinner and social invitations is the way I deal with Christmas. I’m a pretty straight up kind of gal so saying no is not difficult for me. No means no.

Providing an alternative such as meeting for coffee at Tim Hortons usually works. However if a coffee date doesn’t appeal that’s OK, not everyone drinks coffee.
